Joshua Barr has more than 20 years of experience studying and practicing holistic healing traditions, including Ayurveda, Reiki, yoga, meditation, sound healing, and traditional practices studied during extensive time in India and Asia.
One of Nada Healing's distinctive approaches is Karmic Unwrapping, an intuitive and energetic practice developed to explore recurring emotional, behavioral, relational, and energetic patterns associated with past experiences and relationships.
Nada Healing also offers a virtual holistic men's health program addressing vitality, stress, emotional well-being, relationships, sexuality, lifestyle, purpose, energy, and spiritual connection.

If this is your first session with Nada Healing, please begin with a 90-Minute Medical Intuitive Session, which allows time to explore your physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual well-being in depth. Men may also choose the Men’s Health Initial Consultation, a comprehensive first session focused specifically on men’s health, vitality, stress, emotional well-being, relationships, and overall balance. These introductory sessions create the foundation for determining which services and areas of support may be most appropriate moving forward.

Medical Intuitive sessions are a whole-person intuitive health consultation for those experiencing persistent physical, mental, or emotional symptoms that remain difficult to understand. Beginning with what is happening in the body, Joshua explores your connections between physical well-being, emotional stress, energetic patterns, Ayurvedic tendencies, and deeper karmic or ancestral influences—creating a personalized direction for the healing process ahead.
