Step 1: Chant the following Chakra Mantra out loud for 5 minutes for 3 days; then 10 minutes for 3 days; then 15 minutes for 3 days; then 20 minutes each day thereafter. Eventually chant it silently once it becomes familiar.

Step 2: Once you become comfortable with chanting the Chakra Mantra silently, focus your attention on the following corresponding energy points (i.e. chakras) as you are chanting it.
